TERM 2 - IN SEASON

The focus of this term will be in-season requirements of your football, we are looking forward to welcoming returning members and encourage new sign ups with a variety of membership options (1, 2 & 3 sessions per week) and payment plans available.

Boys & Girls of all abilities between the ages of 5-18 are encouraged to participate - "You don't need to be the best to do your best"

Our small group sessions (max 12 players) ensures your child will receive more personalised attention from our coaches and encourages excelled skills development throughout the term.  All players are initially assessed and placed into one of the 3 groups to best suit their current needs:

• Development (1)

• Competent/Advanced (2)

• High Performance (3)

 

The ability to give real time feedback on player development is a key component, as such each player will receive initial, periodic and end of season testing to provide performance feedback and highlight areas of improvement and areas that still require development.  Our program is designed as a holistic approach and as such AFL Skills & Development + Strength & Conditioning + Fitness & Nutrition forms the program baseline.

 

**GPS tracking devices will be used periodically in training this term to ensure we are training at a higher intensity than the game intensity levels to minimise the risk of injury & increase performances.
